1. We will perform an intubation by a narrow tracheal tube and a parallel use of a rigid bronchoscope. 2. We will use a tracheal tube through which the ENT specialist will introduce a flexible bronchoscope. 3. The ENT specialist will secure the airway by a rigid bronchoscope. 4. We will prefer the use of mechanical ventilation. 5. We will try to preserve the spontaneous ventilation of the patient.
