You are an anaesthesiologist present at surgery. The patient is a thirty-six-year-old woman, she weighs 70 kg and her height is 160 cm. She is undergoing total mastectomy. Total mastectomy is a very painful procedure that causes a significant postperative pain and carries a high risk of chronic pain development.

The operation is drawing to a close. During the procedure we administered sufentanil IV (total of 30 μg within two hours). What other analgesics do we add before the end of anaesthesia?
